The highly anticipated SBS K-Pop Super Concert did not disappoint despite having to reschedule from the original date in Home Depot Center back in September to Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in Irvine on November 10, 2012.

The evening was opened by strong vocal performances of 4Minute’s “Mirror Mirror” and “Heart to Heart” and Sistar’s “So Cool” and “Alone” singing four songs each group.

Rock band CN Blue then ignited the stage and the whole venue when they performed their classic songs “Love” and “Hey You”.  American pop duo, Karmin, followed rocked the crowed with “Hello” and their heart pumping rendition of Nicki Minaj’s “Super Bass”.

Kara sang their trademark songs “Lupin” and “Mister” which got everyone dancing along.  The six member boy band BEAST electrified the stage when they performed “Shock” and without a doubt one of last year’s best KPOP song “Friction”.

Last but not least, the night ended with the queens of KPOP, 2NE1 and Girl’s Generation.  2NE1 lit the stage on fire and proved why they are the best when they performed “I Am the Best” and “Fire”. While Girl’s Generation definitely brought all the boys out and on their feet dancing along and wishing they have SNSD Genie.
